Whether you're hosting a shower, retirement party, birthday surprise or any other social occasion, the Lake View Hospitality Room isn't your average party center. Located in a quiet, rural setting, with a great view of our lake, it's also adjacent to a working award-winning Winery. Our Hospitality Room is also a great place for a business meeting or retreat.
The basic rental rates are:
Wednesday and Thursday, 5PM to 9PM - No rental fee, but a $50 minimum purchase is required (can include wine, beer, pop, water and/or items from our food menu).
Friday or Saturday - Three hour minimum rental. $50 per hour. All rentals must be complete, including cleanup, by 11 PM.
Sunday - Three hour minimum rental. $50 per hour. All rentals must be complete, including clean up, by 4PM because we have live music beginning at 5PM and they must have time to set up.
Rental time must include your set-up and clean-up time. Price is subject to change without notice; however, once you have booked and made your down payment, this price is guaranteed.
Your rental of the Lake View Hospitality Room includes:
- Tables and chairs for 60 to 70 people
- One of our staff to help serve beverages (a 20% gratuity will be added to the beverage fee for all 'open bar' parties)
- One 8-foot and one 6-foot table if the caterer is not providing one (please provide table covers)
- Parking
- Use of the outdoors, when the weather permits
- Wine glasses, coffee cups, creamer, sweeteners
You may bring your own food. If you choose to use a caterer, you must use our exclusive caterer, Seven Chairs Special Events Catering 330- 472-6642. However, all beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, must be purchased from us (this includes wine, beer, pop, water and coffee).
If you have out-of-town guests coming, you can book a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn, Just off I-76 on Route 43, approx. 4 miles from here. Please call 330-678-8555 and mention this special offer.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE:
Wine & Beer: Wine & beer must be purchased from us. Wine must be our own product, and beer must be from our regular beer list. We will keep a ‘tab’ of beverages used and you may pay for them at the end of the event. Wine and beer are priced at our regular prices.
NOTE: If you would like coffee at your party, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare properly.
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE : Assorted soda an water - $1.50 per can/bottle, based on actual consumption.
CHAFING DISHES W/STERNO: $5.00 each chafer
