The Lake View Hospitality Room

Whether you're hosting a shower, retirement party, birthday
surprise or any other social occasion, the Lake View Hospitality
Room isn't your average party center. Located in a quiet,
rural setting, with a great view of our lake, it's also
adjacent to a working award-winning Winery.
How will I know if the Lake View Room is right for my event
Come see it! We welcome visitors and inquiries. We are open
Tuesday - Sunday, with hours varying seasonally. Just
contact us or call (330)678-2080
and let us know when you'd like to stop by.
The basic rental rates beginning June 2008 are:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 5PM to 9PM - No
rental fee, but a $50 minimum purchase is required (can
include wine, beer, pop, water and/or items from our food
menu).
Friday or Saturday if completed before 5PM or
Sunday if completed before 4PM - $165 for three hours.
Additional hours or part thereof, are $55 each - after 5PM
additional hours are $65 each.
Friday or Saturday - if goes over, or begins after
5PM - $195 for three hours. Additional hours or part thereof,
are $65 each.
Rental time must include your set-up and clean-up
time. Price is subject to change without notice; however,
once you have booked and paid for your rental, this price
is guaranteed.
Your
rental of the Lake View Hospitality Room includes:

Tables and chairs for 60 to 70 people

Table decorations (or you can provide your own)

One of our staff to help serve beverages

One 8-foot table if your caterer is not providing one
(you must provide a table cover)

Parking
-
Bose music system with a CD changer (you can bring you
own CD's or MP3 player)

Use of the outdoors, when the weather permits

Glassware, plastic cups, coffee cups, creamer, sweeteners
You may bring your own food, or use a caterer of your
choice. However, all beverages, whether alcoholic
or non-alcoholic, must be purchased through us (this includes
pop, water and coffee).
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE:
Wine & Beer: Wine & beer must be purchased through
us. Wine must be our own product, and beer must be from
the beer list provided. If you choose, we will keep
a ‘tab’ of bottles we open and you may pay for the wine
and/or beer at the end of the event.
NOTE: If you would like beer, pop, coffee and/or
water at your party, please let us know ahead of time so
we can stock the cooler.
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE (if no wine and/or
beer is purchased):
Assorted
soda, water and coffee - $1.50 per can/bottle/cup, based
on actual consumption.
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE (if wine
and/or beer is purchased):
Assorted soda, water and coffee - $0.75 per can/bottle/cup,
based on actual consumption.
CHAFING DISHES W/STERNO:
$5.00 each chafer
